POOL(S) SCHEDULED TO OPEN

In order to use the pool area, each and every person must have a valid pool tag. (Children’s tags must be worn on either their wrists or ankles.) Pool tags can be purchased at the office for $5.00 each, keys are $5.00, and guest tags are $10.00 each. Lost or replacement tags of any kind are $10.00 each. There will be NO refunds on passes or keys. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Tags are NON TRANSFERABLE to other persons and only TWO GUEST TAGS per unit allowed!!! Only residents and their guests may use the pool facilities and guests must be accompanied by that resident at ALL TIMES. When purchasing tags, only those persons named on a lease or listed on the personal data form are considered residents. Everyone else is a guest. You must furnish the office a copy of your lease agreement if we do not have one on file. Anyone using tags not issued to their unit will be banned from the pool, the tags taken away and a $50.00 fine for each person in violation of this rule. Please follow all POOL RULES to avoid losing PRIVILEGES. If you need a copy of the rules, obtain one from the office. Be cooperative with management and the pool monitor when verifying pool tags. The pool hours are Sunday — Saturday 10:00 a.m, to 10:00 p.m. (Children under 18 are not allowed in the pool area after 8:00 p.m.) No radios or recorders in the pool area except by EARPHONES!! At no time are children under the age of 12 allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot be responsible for SEVERAL children!!! If you want your children to swim, you must be in the pool area with them. ALCOHOL, glass containers and pets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the pool area.
ANYONE WITH OUTSTANDING FINES CANNOT USE THE POOL OR POOL AREA UNTIL THOSE FINES ARE PAID.
Applicable FINES will be charged if violations persist & pertain to you. Particularly the following:
*** Parents must supervise their children at all times!! Including the Playground!!
*** Barbecuing is restricted to the permanent grill areas located throughout the property.
*** Boiling any form of seafood is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $200.00 fine will be assessed!!
*** There will be no loitering or gathering in driveways, stairways, mailbox corridors, entrances or exits. This is an inconvenience and annoying to people who must pass through. Tables are provided at the playground & grilling areas throughout the property for social gathering.
*** $ 100.00 fines will be issued to anyone walking their dog on the common grounds grass areas & who does not remove pet excrement IMMEDIATELY! Any pets found roaming the property (regardless of ownership) will he taken away by the Jefferson Parish Animal Control Service. The Jefferson Parish Leash Law is enforced on this property, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
