Besides general info, your attendance or proxy may be required
in order to formally approve acceptance of the final terms of the SBA loan.
To establish a quorum and for your vote to count, you must sign in with the meeting attendant prior to taking your seat and before the start of the meeting at 7 p.m.
If you are unable to attend, please have your representative submit your proxy to the board prior to the start of the meeting so your wishes can be counted on matters that may require a vote.
