Subject: SBA Loan Approval Results

SBA Loan Approval

The Homeowner Association recently approved the proposal to accept a loan from the SBA to complete the restoration to our building.   A tally of all votes has been posted to the website, under the section Homeowner Information.

The loan proceeds will be used for a specific list of projects necessary to complete all remaining common area repairs.

There will be a Harborview Homeowners’ Association meeting held at the end of this month to discuss the complete scope of work of these remaining projects.

The exact date of the meeting will be announced and posted later this week.
