Harborview Homeowners Association Meeting & Elections

Nomination for New Board Members:
Jack Rose and Mike Evans’ terms expire on 12-31-05. Two positions are available.
Since the association was required to return to the previous bylaws, there are only 3 board members, each serving a three year term, which are to be staggered. Since two members’ terms expire, we have a two year position and a three year position vacant. Mr. Glenn Phillips has one year remaining in his term.

Reminder to pay your condo dues:
You must be current with your condo dues to be eligible to run for the board and to vote. (Paid through 12-31-05)
If you are not current with your condo dues, the homeowners association may place a lien on your condo(s). This does not mean that the homeowners association will place a lien on your property but it may. It is not the intent of the homeowners association to increase one’s hardship, but it has the responsibility to protect the interest of the homeowners’ investments.
