PayPal charges a transaction fee for the convenience of making payments via this method, and since the general membership of the HOA has NOT given its approval for these fees to be paid by the HOA, the PayPal convenience fee will be added to the total transaction amount YOU pay if you choose to use this payment method. The actual payment breakdown is shown below:
