Neighborhood commercial zoning
Please note that neighborhood
commercial zoning is tiered in it's allowable uses in that a higher tier
includes all the rights granted in the next lower tier.
Example, NC-4 includes all of
the allowable uses of NC-3. NC-3
includes all the uses granted in NC-2.
Therefore, NC-4 includes all
of the allowable uses of NC-4, NC-3, NC-2 and NC-1 or commonly referred to as
"neighborhood commercial".
